Our Sheet Metal Punching Machines

At CD Sheet Metal we have 3 CNC Controlled punching machines, capable of punching 0.7mm - 6.0mm sheet metal.

Speeds up to 250 stokes a minute can be achieved. Holes, slots and even impressions are possible depending on the tooling.

Amada Vipros Punching Cell

CD Sheet Metal have the latest Amada punching cell capable of processing 6 ton of material automatically with load and unload (part stacking and scrap removal), with speeds of up to 860 hits per min and a max sheet size of up to 1270x3000. This machine has a 58 station turret making it one of the most flexible sheet metal punching machines available.
