Two RAS Bending Centres
The RAS bending centres use the latest technology to produce a finished component
automatically. These machines produce up, down, radius, partial bends all to the highest
accuracy. With laser technology to measure each blank, the panels are produced with constancy.
Automatic tool changing ensures fast set-up times.
RAS 79.26
The RAS 79.26 bending centre produces panels up to 2560 long x 1500 wide
RAS 79.22
The RAS 79.22 bending centre produces panels up to 2160 long x 1500 wide.
The Multibend-center RAS 79.22 can:
- Bend up and down without flipping the part
- Bend prepainted or sensitive material without marking
- Bend multiple radii automatically
- Bend internal window frames, stand offs, welding tabs and offset bends
- Produce open or closed hems in sequence
- 203mm (8") tool height allows to bend even the deepest boxes
Loading can be fully automated or manual and the magic-eye scan station
measures the parts dimensions and the notch positions.
CD Sheet Metal have 12 NC controlled press breaks with a twin 4 tripple axis.
Up stroking promecams, with ranges of tooling to form most components.
